Flexibility / Stretching

Flexibility can help in sports training and everyday life. Flexibility can improve a person’s posture. You can increase your flexibility by stretching during the day and most importantly after a workout.

Why should I stretch? After an intense workout without stretching your arms / legs / etc., they will stay in a semi-contracted state for hours. Nonetheless, the lack of stretching decreases the range of motion. Imagine 500 leg workouts, how much range of motion you will loose?
